- সব পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) প্রদর্শিত হয় এবং ভ্যাট/ট্যাক্স প্রযোজ্য হলে চেকআউটে যোগ হবে।
- অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর পণ্যের দাম বা স্টকে পরিবর্তন হলে MOHARAZ সেই অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।
- স্টক সীমাবদ্ধতার কারণে কিছু পণ্যের সরবরাহে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
৩. পেমেন্ট ও ডেলিভারি
- MOHARAZ প্রিপেইড ও ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি উভয় পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করে (উপলব্ধতার ভিত্তিতে)।
- পণ্য ডেলিভারি আমাদের নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করা হয়।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ, সময় এবং রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী হবে।
৪. রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও ওয়ারেন্টি
- রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট শুধুমাত্র আমাদের রিটার্ন ও ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি অনুসারে গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।
